Shipping Policy

Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 1-2 working days. You will receive a shipment confirmation with Delivery Tracking Details link via email
Note: Some time Your order will be delivered by a combination of two logistic carriers this case You will receive two tracking numbers.

  • You provided the wrong phone number or address for delivery
  • There is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided
  • The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible
  • The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed
  • There is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery
  • Unavailability of the person at the address for delivery to accept delivery (if signature is mandatory).

Note: Re-delivery will be chargeable in the above mentioned cases.
